Spindle load monitoring / Tool breakage detection :
- Spindle load setting can be done in each part program through M command.
- No need to have teach in every time during change in set up.
- Monitor the spindle load and stops the machine when the load exceeds set limit.
- Also monitor the broken tool using low tool load function.
Remote Diagnosis :
- Remote diagnosis to identify the machine problems for faster rectification of the machine breakdown.
Smart machining :
- By monitoring the spindle load, the feed will be adjusted to protect machine from overload.
- Also increase the machine productivity by increasing the feed when the spindle load is less or passing idel during intermittent machining.
