Study the customer requirements for Mechanical and Software Poke Yoke interlocks for prevention of accidents, operator mistake and machine problem due to faulty operation.
Design the mechanical / Electrical interlocks required for the machine and the component.
Execute the Mechanical and Electrical interface of the interlocks.
Modify the PLC software with suitable interlock.
Test the proper functioning of the interlock and Poke Yoke.
