  • PREVENTIVE / BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE/ RETROFIT NEW CNC / MECHANICAL RECONDITIONING

    Preventive Maintenance :
    • Prepare the Annual Maintenance Calendar and Maintenance check list.
    • Execute the Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
    • Notice the abnormalities observed and report the same for corrective action
    Breakdown Maintenance :
    • Attend the breakdown complaints within 8 hours of receipt of call. (Between 8.00am to 8.00pm)
    Retrofit with new CNC :
    • Study the retrofit requirement of the customer and prepare the feasibility report with cost estimate.
    • On acceptance, building of new panel (if required) with wiring.
    • Design the mechanical modifications required for the retrofit activity and manufacture the same.
    • Complete the machine wiring.
    • CNC system power ON and software interface.
    • Testing the machine functions and interlock to the customer satisfaction.
    Mechanical Reconditioning / Rebuilding the Machine :
    • Study the reconditioning / rebuilding requirement of the customer and prepare the feasibility report with cost estimate.
    • On acceptance, list out the spares required for replacement and identify the supply source.
    • Inform the supplier for procurement.
    • Design the mechanical modifications required for reconditioning activity and manufacture the same.
    • Complete the reconditioning with high degree of scraping.
    • Testing the machine accuracy to the standards.
