  • ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

    • Team of Engineers will be available in your facility on 24 x7 basis.
    • Prepare the Annual Maintenance Calendar and Maintenance check list.
    • Execute the Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
    • Prepare the Time Based Maintenance check list and execute the same.
    • Attend the breakdown complaints round the clock.
    • Plan the spares requirement, identify the quality suppliers, release PO and maintain the stock level in stores.
    • Study the repeated complaints and horizontal deployment of corrective action.
    • Maintain the ISO/TS records and maintain the MTTR/MTBF/ Idle hours target.
    • Coordinate with production / quality department and implement the possible requests for quality / productivity improvement.
